Introduction

Welcome to Naro, an application developed by Blendax for writers and readers. These terms govern the use of Naro, including writing, reading, publishing books, community features, chats, comments, in-app purchases and optional Google Drive sync.

These terms complement the Blendax General Terms and the Naro Privacy Policy.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, creating an account or using Naro, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

What is Naro

Naro is an application for creating, organizing, reading, publishing and discovering stories. Its features may include:

• Editor and organization of books, chapters, scenes, characters and notes
• Explorer to read books published by other users
• Publishing complete books inside Naro
• Social community with posts, images, comments and chats
• Optional Google Drive sync
• Offline operation for certain features and drafts available on the device
• In-app purchases and premium features

User account

To use Naro you must create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

4.1 Account obligations

• Use a valid email address of your own
• Do not share your password with third parties
• Do not impersonate other people or entities
• Do not create accounts to evade bans, limits, sanctions or security measures

Your content

The books, chapters, characters, notes, images and texts you create are yours. Blendax does not claim ownership of your original works.

By using Naro, you warrant that you have the right to create, store, publish or share the content you upload and that such content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

Publishing books

Naro allows publishing complete books in the application. We currently do not set a length limit for published books, although we may apply technical limits, security measures or restrictions against abuse.

When you publish a book on Naro, you grant Blendax a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute within Naro and make that content available in the application while it remains published or as long as necessary to provide the service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your work. You keep your rights, but you authorize the technical use required for the book to appear in Naro.

6.1 Responsibility for published books

• Do not publish illegal content
• Do not publish third-party works without authorization
• Do not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or image rights
• Do not use publishing for spam, fraud or abuse

Community

The Naro community lets you interact with other users through posts, images, comments, chats and other social features.

7.1 Community post limits

Community posts may be limited depending on your plan. Currently, non-premium users can publish up to 2,000 characters per post and premium users up to 10,000 characters.

Google Drive and local data

You decide how to store your books: Naro can save them locally on your device and, if you like, sync them with your Google Drive. It all depends on your choice: Drive sync is entirely optional, though recommended if you do not want to rely only on your device's storage.

The use of Google Drive is subject to Google's terms and policies. You can revoke permissions from your Google account.

In-app purchases and Premium

Naro may include in-app purchases. Premium simply lets you use Naro in a more complete way.

Blendax cannot guarantee refunds outside Google Play's rules. Check your Google account settings to cancel subscriptions or manage payments.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Naro lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not breach systems, servers, accounts or other users' data
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the application without authorization
• Do not extract, inspect, take apart or reuse the application's internal files, code or resources
• Do not tamper with purchases, premium limits, ads, metrics or internal systems
• Do not use Naro to host, publish or distribute malware, spam or illegal content
• Do not harass, threaten, insult or harm other users
• Do not use abusive automation, bots or scraping without permission

Moderation and content removal

Blendax may remove content, limit features, suspend or delete accounts if it detects breaches of these terms, abuse, security risks, legal violations or harm to the community.

Limitations of liability

Naro is offered on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions, errors, connection losses, Google Drive failures, Google Play problems or technical issues beyond Blendax's control.

Blendax shall not be liable for the loss of local drafts if you have not made a copy or synced, content published by users, decisions made based on other users' content, failures of external services or indirect damages arising from the use of Naro.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Naro at any time. If you want to delete your account, do it from the app itself: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. All your information stored on Naro's servers will be deleted.
