How to delete your account, step by step
The whole process happens inside Naro and only requires your password. You can have your account deleted in a couple of minutes.
What is deleted from Naro's servers
When you confirm the deletion, we erase or disable the data linked to your account in our systems.
Account and profile
Registered email, credentials, profile and internal identifiers.
Published content
The books you published stop being available.
Community
Posts, images, comments, chats and social interactions.
What is not deleted automatically
Some data lives outside Naro's servers and only you can manage it.
If you enabled sync, the files in the Naro folder remain on your Drive. Delete them from your Google account and empty the trash to remove them for good.
Drafts saved only on your phone disappear when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. If you want to keep anything, export or sync before deleting your account.
Payments, receipts and subscriptions are managed from Google Play. If you have Premium active, cancel the subscription there before deleting your account to avoid renewals.
