Introduction
Blendax is an app and digital product development studio. Our motto is If you can dream it, you can build it.
These terms govern the use of the Blendax website, support communications, legal documentation and products developed by Blendax, unless a product has its own specific terms.
Acceptance
By accessing the Blendax website, contacting us or using a Blendax product, you accept these terms and the Blendax Privacy Policy.

What is Blendax
Blendax designs, develops and maintains digital applications. We may create, launch, modify, retire or update products, features, documentation or pages according to technical, legal or business needs.
The Blendax website is for information purposes and may contain links to products, stores, documentation, support pages or external services.
Blendax products
Each product may have its own rules about accounts, data, content, payments, community, moderation or permitted use. A product's specific conditions take precedence over these general terms if there is a conflict.
Naro
Naro lets you write books, read other users' works, publish complete books, interact with the community, use chats and optionally sync projects with Google Drive.
Naro requires an account with an email address and password. The app may offer in-app purchases and premium features.
Intellectual property
6.1 Blendax property
The Blendax name, logos, brand, website design, code, corporate texts, interfaces and own elements belong to Blendax or their respective owners. You may not use them without authorization except where the law allows.
6.2 User content
Content users create in Blendax products belongs to them, without prejudice to the licenses needed to host, display or distribute it within the product when they decide to publish it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Blendax's website, services or products to:
- Carry out illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities
- Attack, breach or attempt to access third-party systems, accounts or data
- Copy, resell, exploit or modify Blendax software without permission
- Impersonate Blendax, its products or third parties
- Send spam, malware, abusive content or interfere with the service
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights
Third-party services
Blendax and its products may integrate with external services such as Google Play, Google Drive, hosting providers, infrastructure, authentication or storage. Using those services may be subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
Blendax's services are offered on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website, products or services will always work without errors, interruptions or incompatibilities.
Blendax shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by external factors, third-party service failures, issues arising from the user's device, content published by users or use contrary to these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or products after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.
