Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Naro, an application developed by Blendax, handles user information. Naro is an app for writers and readers: it lets you write books, organize them, publish them, read other users' works and interact in a social community.
This policy complements the Blendax general Privacy Policy. If you use Naro, you also accept the Naro Terms and Conditions.
Required account
Naro currently requires creating an account to use the application. Registration is done with an email address and a password.
Data we process
The data processed depends on how you use Naro and whether you publish content or interact with the community.
Account
Email, protected password, internal identifiers and profile data.
Published books
Text, title, cover, description, chapters, metadata and the elements needed to display the work.
Community
Posts, images, comments, chats, reports and the social activity the app needs.
We may also process technical information necessary to maintain security, detect errors, prevent abuse, apply premium features and comply with legal obligations.
Private projects and drafts
You can create and write books inside Naro. If you do not publish them, those projects are considered drafts or private content.
If you do not connect Google Drive, your projects are saved on your device. If you clear the app's data or uninstall it, you may lose that information.
If you connect Drive, your projects can sync with your Google account. That copy remains under your Google account's control.
Your drafts do not become public content and are not stored as published books on Naro's servers unless you press publish or use an equivalent feature.
Publishing books
When you decide to publish a book on Naro, the published content is stored on the servers used by Naro to make it visible in the explorer and allow other users to read it.
You can currently publish complete books with no length limit set by Naro for the published work. We may apply technical or security controls to prevent abuse, spam, illegal content or uses that harm the service.
Community, comments, images and chats
Naro includes a social community for interacting with other users. For this feature to exist, we store the content you voluntarily share.
Google Drive
Google Drive sync is optional. You can use it to keep a copy of your projects off your device and sync your books across sessions or compatible devices.

You can revoke access from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google's processing of data is governed by its own policies.
Data retention
We keep data while your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the service, keep publications visible, protect the community, comply with legal obligations or resolve incidents.
Published content may remain visible until you delete it, request its deletion or it is removed for breaking the rules. Some data may be kept for a limited time for security, technical backups, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

You can request information about the data linked to your account.
Correction
You can ask us to fix incorrect data when you cannot change it from the app.
Deletion
You can delete your account from the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
Portability
You can manage your local or Drive files from your device or Google account.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly from the application: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. All your information stored on Naro's servers will be deleted.

Minors
Naro is intended for users old enough to create an account and take part in a digital community under applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account without authorization, contact us so we can review the case.
